Ingredients
1 package bacon
¼ cup real maple syrup
Coarse grind black pepper
Directions
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place an oven safe wire rack (a cooling rack will work) over the prepared baking sheet. Line up the bacon, side-by-side. Brush with maple syrup and sprinkle with pepper. Place in oven and bake until desired crispness is reached. Remove from rack, drain on paper towels, and serve.
