Cook squash until it is tender. Scrape from skin and mash cooked squash. Add remaining ingredients and stir together. For a more elegant presentation place prepared squash mixture back into the scraped shell of the skin. Top with pecans and additional honey, bake long enough to toast the nuts then serve.
